Business Visa Requirement
PLEASE, READ THE FOLLOWING DETAILS.
- A passport valid for at least six (6) months.
- One (1) recent passport size color photograph with a white background.
- A completed application form filled-out with a black ink pen or printed (attached)
- A notarized letter addressed to the Royal Consulate of Saudi Arabia in by the applicant’s employer in the US, which confirms the applicant’s position.
- An electronic invitation letter from a Saudi company.
- Copy of the Saudi company’s registration.
- Copy of the US company registration (Filing receipt).
- Filing Enjaz (we will do it)
- Mailing Passport: We would like to bring to the attention of all
- applicants who send their passports by mail please include a pr-paid return envelope.
For non-US. citizens,
A copy of the green card or a document confirming legal residence in the US.
The processing will take 2-3 business days.
